A. Return Policy
Returns NOT Accepted For:
- Customized curtains
- Customized T-shirts
- Flags
- Personalized devotional/corporate gifts
- Orders with customer-provided artwork
- Incorrect details provided by the customer
Returns Accepted ONLY IF:
- Product is damaged on arrival
- Product received is completely different from the order
- There is a manufacturing defect
Requirements:
- Provide unboxing video + images within 24 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
If approved, we offer:
- Replacement OR
- Store credit (no cash refunds)
B. Reship Policy
We reship free of cost if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received (with proof)
- Courier loses the parcel
We do NOT reship for:
- Wrong address
- Customer unavailable at delivery
- Mistakes in customer-uploaded design
C. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After production starts, cancellation is not possible.
- Customized orders cannot be cancelled once design proof is approved.
Refund Timeline (if eligible):
- Payment gateway fee of 2.5% will be deducted.
- Refunds issued within 7–10 working days.
